Pinot Noir 2007

Merlot 2006

With a slightly dusty nose of butterscotch and spices, the palate has black berries, particularly mulberries. (Alcohol: 13%; Total acidity: 6.5 g/litre; pH: 3.61; Total production: 1262 bottles)

Shiraz 2006
A nose of smokey wood, rich chocolate and ripe raspberries. The palate is full of raspberries,
followed by leather and pepper. The finish is slightly savoury.
