Pinot Noir 2006
Pinot Noir is the flagship of the farm, being the owner's personal passion. The strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose is mingled with hints of anise. With soft tannins, the palate of berries is distinctive for its subtlety and
delicacy rather than robustness.

A nose of smokey wood, rich chocolate and ripe raspberries. The palate is full of raspberries,
followed by leather and pepper. The finish is slightly savoury.
